3D Frames for Virtual Try-On

Easily get your glasses available in 3D for Virtual Try On on Shopify

Within your subscription, you have access to the 3D From Photo Platform. On this online platform, you can easily digitize your glasses in 3D in basic quality, within the limit of products included in your app subscription plan.

Please note that the name of the 3D model should be the same than its SKU within Shopify.

Steps to easily digitize your frames in Basic Quality

#1 - Connect to the platform with your credentials

Login to https://3d-from-photo.fittingbox.com/

You have received your credentials (email and password) by email, shortly after subscribing to a plan. Sender of this automatic email: noreply@fittingbox.com. 

NB: Please note that the creation of your access to the platform could take up to 48h, after subscribing to a plan.

#2 - Create a 3D model by uploading 2 pictures of each frame

  • Enter the SKU or EAN of the frame as Name of the asset.

    NB: The name of the 3D model inside the 3D From Photo Platform should be exactly the same than the SKU or Barcode of the frame in your Shopify Account. 

     

  • Upload at least two product images: one frontal view and another at a 90° side angle (see more details here)

  • Validate by clicking on "create 3D Model"

#3 - Validate the 3D model

Once the asset has been digitized and its statut is "Done", you can check if the asset is compliant to the photos through the 3D view. 

From the 3D view, you can see if the asset is ok or not before launching the Virtual Try-On.

  • If the asset is not compliant, click on "Delete" and the asset will be remove from the dashboard.
  • If the asset is compliant, click on the button "Try it & Approve"

Click on "Validate" if you are satisfied with the frame while seing what your customer will experience with try-on.

Once validated, the asset will be immediately available to be called and tried-on on your Shopify Store.

#4 - The Frame is automatically available for virtual try-on

Once validated on the 3D From Photo platform, you can go to your Shopify Admin Account to check the product availability.

Go to the app management of your Shopify Admin: "Fittingbox Glasses Try-On" > "Products".

You will find the given product with the status "found".

That "found" status confirm that the frame is now available for try-on on your website. The try-on button or icon will be automatically displayed on its product page. Learn more

 

NB : If the status stays "not found", that means that the product wasn't completely validated and added to Fittingbox database.

If the same product appeared as "validated" in your 3D From Photo account but "not found" in your Fittingbox Glasses Try-On admin, please check if the name of the 3D model inside the 3D From Photo Platform is exactly the same than the SKU or Barcode of the frame in your Shopify Account. If it is the case but the product is still not found, please contact us at info@fittingbox.com and we will check that together to make your frame available for try-on.
